This Couple Channeled A Disney Princess and Prince Charming for Their Wedding Day

Perhaps it's their love for Disney or maybe it’s their adoration for Harry Potter and their cat, but one look at Heather and Ellen’s wedding day and you’ll instantly feel happy!

After their proposals to one another (one including a hot air balloon ride with castles from Universal and Disney in view), the pair decided to tie all their favorite things together into a wedding theme that’s pure magic.

“Think Old English, royal, fairytale, whimsy, Harry Potter, Disney. Those were all elements we wanted to recreate coming into our wedding. We wanted to feel like we were in a dream,” says the newlyweds.

Mission accomplished!

Rich golds and antique elements filled Luxmore Grande Estate in Florida and set the scene for a day filled with charm. They even brought the outdoors in with pastel petals of blue, pinks, purples, and ivory lining the ceremony aisle with color as Heather and Ellen gave off Prince and Princess vibes themselves.

Heather wore a gorgeous Hayley Paige ballgown complete with a Maria Elena Headpiece. Ellen wanted to give off Prince Charming vibes, so she went with a custom navy tux from Leonardo 5th Avenue with her hair pulled back using a part of Heather’s dress as her hair tie.

Heather’s outfit was even complete with a special family heirloom. “A three-tiered Swarovski necklace [my grandmother] bought nearly 80 years ago in New York, that reminisces of Anastasia, made it to my neck on my wedding day.”

With the fairytale design in full effect, they implemented their love for Harry Potter into the details in a couple unique ways. “We decorated the library in the venue with our personal collection of Harry Potter collectibles,” exclaimed the pair who also displayed photos of their cats alongside those collectibles and had a custom Harry Potter welcome sign to welcome guests.

To put it simply, the day really is as epically beautiful and every bit magical as one can imagine!
