Something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue! A fresh take on a classic saying, this old-meets-new editorial is gracing our screen with such modern-elegance.
The architecture of Faust Hotel & Brewing Co. in Texas allowed this vision to take off with its uniqueness. “We wanted to inspire couples to celebrate their special day at a unique 1920 old charm historical location,” stated Gricelda of Gricelda's Photography. “This location offers brewery services and unique rooms to please everyone.”
While the setting offered a historic aesthetic, a pastel blue and white color palette helped bring the modern-day elegance with hydrangeas, a textured cake design, and candlelight all displaying the tranquil hue. “Blue-toned tablescape colors were used for this design, giving it an exquisite eye appeal,” adding Gricelda. “Tall floral vases truly completed this beautiful design perfect for this occasion.”
A blend of antique gold, wooden and acrylic signs with calligraphy were placed throughout the space highlighting areas such as the cigar bar and table numbers. And while every element added to the alluring look, a lace wedding dress with an illusion neckline and light gray three-piece tuxedo brought life to the set thanks to the model couple, who posed perfectly throughout the styled shoot; one of our favorite spots being next to a classic getaway car.
This one is sure to bring back those yesteryear feelings while simultaneously making you swoon over the present-day touch!
