An Oh-So-Sweet Daddy-and-Daughter Tea Party for Fathers’ Day

Just in time for Fathers' Day, we're sharing this oh-so-sweet session that was created by a group of San Diego creatives as a surprise for a local military veteran and his daughter. 

The setup is absolutely beautiful. Vintage tea cups, miniature cakes and pretty pink roses — the perfect tea party that any little kid (or adult!) could ask for. But what I love most is those sweet moments captured between Ellie and her dad. The look of pure glee when she saw him, the adorable enthusiasm he has during tea time, which he no doubt has whether it's an elaborate real-life tea party or a pretend play one at their home. The way she curiously touches his military badges, and the bond that is so clear as he lifts her up and twirls her around. There's nothing like relationship you have with your children, and it's so special to see that captured. 

We're wishing a happy fathers' day to all the dads out there, whether you're a biological dad, adopted dad, stepdad, involved donor dad or anything in-between!
