Fall is right around the corner and, I don't know about you, but I'm ready for pumpkin spice lattes, decorative gourds and crisp weather. We might have a few weeks to go but this lovely engagement session from Grace Hill Photography is currently filling the void with gorgeous autumnal colors, cozy sweaters and a love that radiates as much as the setting sun.
The Love Story
The forever-worthy chemistry between Lauren and Brandon struck fast. “The first date Lauren and I ever went on I knew she was the one that I had been looking for,” says Brandon. Shortly after, during a long weekend in Savannah, Ga., Lauren reciprocated those feelings. “We had so much fun together and he kept a smile on my face the whole weekend and has ever since,” she exclaims.
The Proposal
When you know, you know, and four months later, Brandon popped the question. “On the flight from Charlotte to Tuscaloosa we had an amazing talk that I will never forget … we basically talked about our life goals that we both had and how we wished to share them together,” Lauren explains. “I knew he was planning on proposing, but had no idea so soon. I was thinking he would propose in about a six months or a year down the road. When we landed at the airport we got off the plane and he dropped to one knee. My cousin was there to capture the perfect moment with many pictures!”
The Ring
Thanks to some snooping, er, investigating on Lauren's Pinterest, Brandon was able to pick out the perfect princess cut ring.
