Katie and Brian met on a movie set (she’s an actress and he’s a casting director) and their romance grew long after the set wrapped. After more than three years together, Katie was surprised to wake up surrounded by streamers, flowers, balloons and photos of their love over the years. “He had decorated the entire house,” Katie recalls. “And since we’d just moved in, there was no furniture, just these reminders of us. Flowers lined the hallway to the living room, where there was a huge banner that read, ‘Katie will you marry me?’ When I saw it, he got down on one knee.”

Their gorgeous Palm Springs wedding at Colony 29, brilliantly captured by Gideon Photo, has a color palette that pops and is filled with mod details that portray this fun-loving couple. From a custom Cards Against Humanity game for the reception tables (a game that comes out pretty much any time the couple has friends over) to bicycles used in the decor, incredible custom installations and vibrant graphics, Amorology Weddings helped ensure their celebration was peppered with personality and creativity.
