Not only do we collectively bring more than 20 years of event experience to your day, we work with you throughout the planning process to ensure your day is a huge success. From helping you create a custom floor plan to making sure your timeline is flawless there is not a single detail that goes unnoticed. After booking there are a few touch points leading up to your special day that you can expect from us:

4-6 months prior to your wedding: details call with the Gordon Green Team to review timeline, vendor arrival times, and your create your custom floor plan
1 month away from prior to your wedding: in person final walkthrough of your day – along with your caterer and any vendors that want to attend we experience the space from the guest perspective and ensure we have everything we need to make your day flawless
Day before: Rehearsal included if your ceremony is on site. *pending availability – Confirmation at your final walk through. Night of: Two onsite Gordon Green Reps for constant management of the facility and restrooms

Both Minimalist and Maximalist decor finds a home at Gordon Green. Our space is made to be able to accommodate a lot of design if that’s your thing, but makes such a statement with minimal decor like white linens, candles and greenery and we cannot wait for you to make it your own.
