Urban Garden Cleveland Wedding With a Merch Station

Lindsey and Allie’s wedding day was the perfect blend of modern romance and whimsical design. It was a day that felt vibrant and completely one-of-a-kind.

“We met in the most modern of ways … on Hinge,” the pair share. What started with cocktails, laughter, and deep conversation quickly turned into something more. “It didn’t take long for us to realize our connection was something special. So special, in fact, that just six months later, we took the leap and moved in together.”

Their relationship continued to grow leading to the moment Allie proposed in an intimate, heartfelt moment with family. From there, it was time to begin wedding planning.

When seeking the perfect venue, Gordon Green stood out. “Once meeting the staff there we knew this was the venue for us. They could not have been lovelier and were such an easy team to work with,” share the brides.

While the venue offered an industrial city setting, Lindsey and Allie transformed it into something entirely different — “urban garden.” “We knew we were having a wedding in a city location, but we wanted the florals and experience to feel like a whimsical garden,” they share of their theme choice.

From a large-scale floral installation suspended overhead to lush, layered centerpieces, every detail leaned into that concept. “Our vision for the florals was something dynamic and full of life — an interplay of shapes, textures, and movement that felt anything but traditional,” they share. “We wanted each arrangement to feel layered and unexpected, almost like it was unfolding in the space. From the first impression to the smallest details, the florals created a true ‘wow’ moment…and then some!”

Beyond the design, it was the thoughtful, interactive elements that made it a day guests would not forget with standout features like a wedding merch station and an abstract painting guest book.

The ceremony was equally meaningful, officiated by Lindsey and Allie’s best friend. “She has known us since the inception of our relationship and made our ceremony truly special to us.”
