This Rainy Day Wedding in the Catskills Is Pure Romance

“Rustic and hip — no tractors or hay bales,” was Melissa and Matt's vision for their wedding day and they knew they had to find the perfect venue to bring it all together. “We instantly fell in love with Foxfire at first sight,” says Matt. “We wanted something that we could not really describe: Boho meets Catskills meets Artisan….but quirky. On the wedding day, rain began to fall and the staff went into immediate backup plan mode, lighting bonfires around the yard and covering the veranda. ” As we drove up, the venue looked like a moody, smokey, cozy mountain house. Superb!” exclaims the couple.
