Kaila and Morgan knew on their very first date that they would be soulmates, and nine months later, the first of the proposals took place. Even though Morgan had plans in place, Kaila was the first to pop the question with a romantic dinner at the same place where they held their first date, proposing with a compass attached to a brushed gold band.“Of course I thought there was no way my dream girl beat me to the punch,” laughs Morgan. Two weeks later, they were enjoying champagne and snuggling inside the surprise boho tent in the woods that Morgan had planned, as rain fell around them in the mountains after proposing to Kaila with an emerald-cut morganite centered on a diamond rose gold band. “I think the fact that we were both so thoughtful about both of our proposals made us both feel important and loved,” says Kaila.
