I've preached this for over a decade now: the best weddings are ones that integrate you and your love story into the details. Back when I got married — ten years ago this week actually! — weaving in custom details on things like signage and coasters was a much more complicated process, and usually involved having to hire professionals to execute. Now, there are so many DIY options that give you that bespoke look, allowing you to put your own stamp on the details throughout the day.
One of my favorite resources for bringing DIY wedding decor to life (while still looking professionally polished) is VistaPrint. They have tons of templates to choose from — or you can upload your own design — and implement your very own custom branding across a variety of details: wedding stationery, napkins, coasters, wedding signage … the list goes on.
Of course, I know not everyone is into creating designs, and even the ones out there to purchase tend to skew hetero (i.e. bride marrying groom-focused) so we created some FREE templates for specifically for same-sex couples to get you started!
