Mary-Kate Olsen married her French banker beau Olivier Sarkozy in a private Manhattan residence this past weekend. The only wedding decor detail revealed thus far is that the couple had “bowls and bowls filled with cigarettes,” according to a Page Six source. While we're not advocating cigarette smoking, the couple is known for their habit (he's French, she's in fashion, to each their own) and it's very them to have this detail on their special day. And judging by the fashion maven's attention to detail, we're imagining less Marlboro and more crystal ash trays, vintage matchboxes and elegant cigarette holders. And while we have yet to see this, er, unique wedding detail before, we have seen gorgeously styled cigar stations, complete with hand-rolled stogies, vintage glassware and delicious cocktails that will have even those of us who don't light up interested in providing this experience for the guests.
