A Vibrant, Vintage Styled Shoot Inspired by Frida Kahlo

Wedding inspiration can come from anywhere, and this incredible styled shoot is perfect proof of that. With a passion for art history, Ella Sophie Photo drew inspiration from Frida Kahlo, a revolutionary Latin American artist who is best known for her striking self-portraits. The creative minds and all-woman production team behind this authentic shoot re-envisioned Frida Kahlo and her best friend Gertrude Blom — a swiss journalist, anthropologist and documentary photographer — as lovers to create vintage wedding inspiration with decadent floral design and vibrant colors for a modern love story. We are loving the fresh flower crowns filled with large blooms, the unique, flower-pressed stationery and vintage jewelry handpicked from markets by artists all around the world.
