Shanna and Chance’s Glamorous Sunrise Expecting Session

The light was positively tranquil as it reflected off the Sacramento Mountains just after sunrise in Alamogordo, New Mexico. At 34 weeks, Shanna and Chance are glowing as they anticipate the arrival of their firstborn, a boy to be named Crossyn. It took some time for the parents-to-be to get pregnant with their little miracle, but in the end, Shanna says the timing was perfect. “We both cried,” she says. “We were so grateful and full of excitement and love.”

Ashley Marie Photography captured this stunning expecting session for the fashionable couple, who look both glamorous and country chic. We love Chance's white cowboy hat and gold belt buckle, and Shanna looks breathtaking in a glimmering gold off-the-shoulder gown paired with turquoise chandelier earrings. Over the past eight months, Shanna says the biggest surprise has been “how much we love someone unconditionally that we have never seen or held.” And with just a few more weeks to go, it won’t be long before little Crossyn is in their arms.
