High School Sweethearts’ Engagement Session at a La Jolla Beach

Markell and Britney's session on the beach is full of energy and love.

Having been together for eight years (they were high school sweethearts!), Markell recently graduated from SDSU with a computer engineering degree and she is going to school to be a registered nurse.

Parallel33 Photography captured their love at La Jolla, a seaside area of San Diego known for its rugged coastline (and picturesque setting!) for a breezy, casual beach vibe, which they nailed in their first look of jeans and t-shirts.

“They’re super goofy and seriously SO adorable! You can tangibly see the fun and pure joy they share,” notes their photographer. “It was a pleasure to capture this moment of their story. The exciting in-between knowing that an ‘I do' is on the horizon, but for now, ‘this is us.'”
