The stars aligned for Karina and Stacie. After changing their plans due to COVID, they opted to have a backyard elopement on September 22, 2020 — the day of the autumnal equinox. “The Autumnal Equinox brought us transition, contemplation, gratitude, and a fresh start. The energetic portal gave us the opportunity to align with the cosmic flow and make significant changes in our lives,” stated the pair.
Their alternative elopement was filled with simple, yet striking detail including custom rings, a custom strapless blush gown, and over-the-top floral designs. We have a great appreciation for their eccentric style and love that they infused their day with such meaningfulness to make every part of it their own.
“We felt the stars aligned when our souls met eight years ago. Three kids and two puppies later, we are still rocking together. We have found a bond that links with the natural things in life, the simple things like feeling fresh soil under our feet, to the moon that draws us together. We like to call it the gravitational pull of love.”
Needless to say, we’re over the moon to share this special day!
