WHAT IS A PLANNER?
A planner is the project manager who focuses on the bjg picture. They are your creative partner in sourcing your venue, developing your concept and design, managing your budget, and handling vendor procurement/management from start to finish.
WHAT IS A COORDINATOR?
A wedding coordinator comes in during your last few months to take over the entire project so you do not have to manage the day yourself. They confirm logistics, build your timeline, troubleshoot any last minute issues, and run the entire day.
Pricing & Packages
WEDDING PLANNING – Starting at $15,000

Venue & Vendor Procurement: The entire venue and vendor process, from research, to negotiation, to booking;

Pre-Scheduled Monthly Check-Ins: While we will speak fairly often, our pre-schduled monthly check-ins allows you to always feel secure that we are going to regroup every 4 weeks to ensure we are staying on track

Concept and Creative Design: Using Canva Premium we help you formulate the entire aesthetic of the day, including a mood board, color palette and full design scheme. This will allow us to source all individual elements and bring those to life.

Budget Tracking: Based on your stated budget, we will provide a recommended budget proposal and breakdown, siting all major elements.

Guest Experience: Creating a plan to inform your guests of your wedding through a save-the-date and invitation, as well as consistent guest communication through the time leading up to your wedding day.
WEDDING Coordination- Starting at $5,250
- 6 weeks of support leading up to, and full execution on, your big day
- Timeline Creation – devising a customized timeline for your day, incorporating your wishes, your vendor requirements and the guest experience you want to convey
- ·Vendor Communication – at the 6 week mark we will take over as point of contact for all vendors so you have time to take care of the more personal elements in your final planning weeks
- Day-of Logistics Management – we will ensure that all logistics are ironed out well before the wedding day, including Certificates of Insurance, load-in/load-out schedules, vendors’ electric/furniture needs, etc.
- Full Day Event Coordination Management – we will provide a trained Events By Jesse Event Director and Assistant to cover your entire day. Their primary responsibilities are time management, vendor arrival/setup, managing the flow of the whole day, and supervising breakdown
