When family friends offered to host Natolie and Trent's wedding at their gorgeous home in Stowe, Vermont, the Louisiana couple jumped at the chance.
Wanting to capture the area's gorgeous fall foliage, the whole wedding was designed to highlight the location and the beautiful colors of Mother Nature. Trent and his groomsmen looked dapper in classic black tuxedos, and Natolie was timeless in a Legends by Romona Keveza gown and a veil that was appliqued with lace from her mother's wedding gown.
Her bridesmaids wore forest green dresses from Alfred Sung and faux fur shawls for a touch of luxe (and to combat Vermont's chilly fall nights!).
And then it was time for the ceremony. Natolie's father walked her down the aisle to a floral-covered arch. ““The most emotional of the day was when I saw Trent at the altar. It was the first time we saw each other that day and the look in his eyes made me feel like no one else on earth existed. The look of my soulmate and best friend.”
Folklore Farm floral design incorporated pomegranates and artichokes into the reception decor, creating a look filled with texture. Teal agate stones instructed guests where to sit, but the amazing band ensured guests didn't stay seated for long. And of course, the Louisiana couple had to have a Second Line! “It was absolutely fairy tale and beyond what I had dreamed it would be!” exclaims the bride.
