Once you purchase an item it will leave our shop in 3-5 business days. *This includes upgraded shipping. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible but with personalization/made to order we allow 3-5 business days to complete this process BEFORE the item ships.

Once shipped the transit time to you depends on the shipping method you choose. Standard (3-5 day avg) Priority (2-3 day) or Express (1-2 day)

The chest is measured one inch below arm hole across the front.

The length is measured on the back of the shirt laying flat from highest point of shoulder down to hem.

Yes, the image is less vibrant than the digital image online.

We want to be sure our customers understand that our products are not a one time iron-on that will wash off of your shirt. These images will last from the way they are produced printed directly onto the item into the fibers.

In our policies we state: "COLORS from screen to actual product WILL be less vibrant. Digital images printed onto fabric will not be as vibrant from (computer) screen to shirt.There will be a (vibrancy) difference from what you see on screen to product in your hand, **as you find with all products from online to in-person.** This is due to our process of printing DIRECTLY onto the shirt to give you a durable, long lasting personalized product.

Items are 100% COTTON
Expect some shrinkage during washing/drying process as with all natural fibers. It is best to wash inside out in cold water and low spin. Lay flat or hang to dry.
